Grocery Shopping
A shop by phone service offered once a week to seniors and people with physical limitations who are unable to shop for themselves. Volunteers take orders and do the shopping. The supermarket delivers the orders.
Visiting Program
Volunteers are matched with an isolated or homebound senior with similar interests to provide a weekly home visit for companionship.
Telephone Reassurance
Isolated and lonely seniors are called by volunteers for a friendly chat and reassurance.
Information / Referrals
Will inform seniors and the general public of resources and services pertaining to seniors in the community.
